Brighten anyone's day with this cheerful hat.
Sizes:
Child's small, medium, large and adult small, medium and large.
To fit head sizes up to 16" (17", 19, 21", 22", 24").
Exact size is controlled during felting, making it easy to customize the fit.
Yarn Requirements:
Sport weight yarn. 120 (140, 170, 200, 230, 260) yards of main color (MC) and 35 (40, 50, 60, 70) yards of contrast color (CC).
Needles: US size 8 (5 mm) 16" (40 cm) circular needle and a set of double pointed needles in the same size.
You will also need a spare 16" (40 cm) circular at least 2 sizes smaller than the working needle.
Unfelted Gauge: 17 sts and 24 rows = 4" (10 cm) in stockinette stitch.
