Sizes: Sm, Med and Lg. To fit head size up to 19" (21", 23").
Finished sizes: 18" (20", 22").
Yarn Requirements: Worsted weight, 110 (120, 130) yards of green and 90 (110, 130) yards of pineapple color.
Needles: size 6 (4 mm) & 8 (5 mm), 16" (40 cm) circular needles, and a set of double pointed needles size 6 (4 mm), or size needed to obtain gauge.
Size 3 (3 mm) short straight needles for working stem and leaves.
Note: Band is worked on larger needle with double yarn and the remainder of hat on smaller needle with a single strand.
Gauge: 20 sts = 4" in stockinette stitch: (10 cm). |
