Minimum Order
Due to handling costs, there is a $7.50 mimimum order.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diiscover, and PayPal. We also accept money orders and personal checks, but we don't ship until personal checks have had time to clear.
Shipping
Shipping for both domestic and international orders is by U.S. Postal Service or, occasionally, UPS Ground for the U.S. or Canada. The cost is calculated based on weight and location. Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Insurance is recommended for fragile items shipped in the U.S. (Insurance isn't offered for international shipments.) If the system overcalculates shipping charges, the actual charge will be manually adjusted downward when the order is processed and packed.
Items will be packaged in a manner to prevent damage in shipment. Knit Bin is not liable for damage that may occur after the item leaves us. International Orders Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Knit Bin ships promptly, and has no control over delays in customs.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase only if we are contacted in advance, and if the product is returned in the same condition that it left us. Shipping charges will not be refunded. There will be a 10% restocking fee.
Privacy
Your personal information is used solely for processing your order, and will not be shared with anyone outside Knit Bin. We hate spam, and will not expose you to identity theft. Your information is safe with us.
You will receive e-mails from us related to the status of your order only, but of course, you're also welcome to join our e-mail list. An occasional promotional email may be sent to previous customers. |
