| Ysolda Teague Hap Blanket Knitting Pattern
Snuggle up in this pretty blanket inspired by the traditional everyday shawls of the Shetland Isles. The blanket begins with the center square of squishy garter stitch worked in a simple stripe pattern. Then the feather and fan (old shale) edging is worked by picking up stitches around the center square and working outwards in rounds in a stripe pattern that echoes the beautiful shading often found on hap shawls.
